Ryo Hazuki In Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing

The star of one of the most memorable games from the Dreamcast era is coming back. Racing on his famous Harley, Ryo Hazuki from the Shenmue series will be appearing in Sonic & Sega All-Star Racing.

For several weeks there were hints thrown here and there about the Shenmue protagonist making his long awaited reappearance; racing against other well known Sega characters in the Sonic the Hedgehog kart racing game. Well today the Official Sega American Blog unveiled the news, along with a video trailer (which can be seen in the video feed) showing off Mister Ryo Hazuki on his motorcycle drifting around tight corners. The high point of the trailer being at one point when Ryo uses his special attack and then switches to his forklift, thus becoming a wrecking ball to anyone who crosses his path.

Sonic & Sea All-Stars Racing is set for a February 10th, 2009 release.
