Looking forward to Quantric Dream's Heavy Rain? Who isn't? While you are readying yourself for the most immersive gaming experience of your life, you might be interested to know that at one point David Cage and his crew were considering putting the PS3's Motion Controller to use in Heavy Rain.

"If you are talking about Motion Control, this is something we initially considered for Heavy Rain," revealed Cage. "The very first version of the game design was based on motion control, but it was not feasible at the time."

Not feasible eh?  Well now that Sony's Motion Controller is coming together, would you consider utilizing it, Mr.Cage?

"I have a lot of interest in Sony's motion device and there is a good chance that we announce something about it in the coming weeks."

Pretty nifty eh. We'll have to wait see what David Cage has in store for us but until then, Heavy Rain is out next week so be sure to grab a copy.
